What is included in the course fees?
Your course fee includes access to the online learning platform for the duration of the course, 2 individual coaching sessions, tailored career support on-demand as well as your personal Product Professional Certificate. All participants are guaranteed lifelong access to the Product Professionals community and learning material after course completion.
When does the course start?
We´re ready when you are! The course starts at your selected start date at the earliest but can be accessed anytime later when it suits your schedule. We recommend starting not later than 1 week after your selected start date to establish a continuity of learning. After all, it´s completely up to you.
When does the course end?
You are your own pace-maker and can complete the modules at any time within 6 months after your selected course start date. You will have full access to the course platform for these 6 months. Please check your confirmation email for the exact dates.
How do the coaching sessions work?
With your course access you are eligible for 2 coaching sessions (1 hour/ session) with one of our coaches. As soon as you would like to benefit from your 1:1 exchange, we ask you to submit the request form via the link that has been sent to you in your confirmation mail. In order to select the coach that fits your individual needs best, make sure to fill out the form properly. Once the perfect match has been made, we provide our coach with your contact details. The coach will then contact you to schedule a time slot that fits both of your calendars. The coaching sessions are usually held remotely, however, if you both agree to meet in person, you are more than welcome to do so.
How does the career support work?
We want you to own and accelerate your career as Product Professional. Therefore, our team provides you with individual feedback on your resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. Moreover, it includes support with the preparation for a job interview or case study as well as salary and contract negotiation. In your course confirmation mail, you find a link to the “Career Support form”, which you need to fill out. Based on that we get in touch with you to provide feedback and support.
Is there a certification test required?
We want you to be ready to apply the things you have learned in your daily work, rather than learn to pass a test. However, those who aspire to become a Certified Product Professional are required to take part actively in the online course by successfully passing all modules and exercises.

Can I add the certificate to my LinkedIn profile?
Yes, absolutely! After course completion, you can share your achievement with the world. In order to do so, please follow the steps:
- Login into your LinkedIn account and go to the “Licenses and Certifications” section
- Click on the “+” sign at the right
- Enter “Certified Product Professional” into the type field
- Select “Product Professionals” in the section of “Issuing Organization”
- Add the date of completion and your certification ID, which can be found at the bottom right corner on your certificate
- Click “Save”
The certificate will now be shown on your LinkedIn Profile.
Can I fit this course into my already busy schedule?
Our course is provided 100% online and allows you to access it from anywhere in the world at anytime. You can learn at your very individual pace. Please keep in mind though, that the availability of our coaches for the coaching sessions is prior to agreement.
What is the course language?
The online course and learning material is provided to you in English. All our trainers and coaches speak English to guarantee the best learning experience independent from your language background.
What is the refund policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, it is our highest priority to take your feedback seriously and improve our course. However, if you completed less than 30% of the course within 30 days after the course start, you will be refunded with 100%. There will be no refund if you completed more than 30% of the course or started more than 30 days after the course start date.
